Needs More Sticker
Started on nothing more than a whim, we have grown to have customers all across the United States from our home state of Wisconsin to California and even to the east coast. With every new customer brings new opportunities and challenges which I welcome with open arms. To follow in the footsteps of other greats like Steve Job and Jeff Bezos i started the business out of my small two bedroom apartment. It only took a few months before the business had grown enough that it needed its own space. Once my roommate moved out it was time for the first large growth of the company into the spare bedroom. From there it would be several years before another major growth but it was always on my mind to keep growing. After leaving my first job out of college after 6 years at the company it was decided that I was going to make a go at the business full time. Having my full attention to put into the business was wonderful and allowed the business to make a very large investment in our larger plotter and a vinyl printer. From there things took off! Towards the end of that summer, when car shows were finished for the year and more people were hunkering down for winter business slowed and I decided it was time to go back to the corporate world. I have never given up on the business and never will. In early 2018 after over a year of wasting time I could be spending on the business commuting to and from work it was decided to move myself and the business closer to where I was now working. This was the next huge step for Needs More Sticker as this would bring us to our very first dedicated office. By the time I moved out of my apartment I had taken over the spare bedroom, used the kitchen as a work space for larger projects and was storing inventory in the living room. It was time to upgrade! Once we settled into our new office it was clear that this would be an amazing step in the journey. The new space opened us up to many new customers and provided a separation from work and life that is needed at times when business is booming. Overall the business is healthy and continuing to grow with no signs of that stopping any time soon.
